Precautions
Please make sure that you always verify that the person you are handing gold to for codes and that this is really a member of the uo-auction team. Do this via either icq or email.
Currently only marion (icq 777270, marion) is authorised to sell Gametime for us.
Dont get scammed! If your even a little bit suspicious, email or icq her.
Which Shards do we sell on?
All major western shards. The shards we dont sell on are: Sonoma, Oceania, and the asian shards.
How do I use a code?
To apply the game time code to you account, you need to visit ultima-registraion.com.
Enter your username and password and it will take you to your account summary.
Near the bottom of the page, there will be an option to redeem a game time certificate.
Choose that and then enter in the code. Choose next and the screen should tell you that you have successfully applied the code to you account.
Once a code has been applied to an account, it cannot be cancelled, refunded, or transferred to another account.
If you should encounter any problems with the code please check the following.
Make sure that you used the copy and paste feature to apply the code as this is much more accurate than writing the code into the web page.
Also when you paste the code make sure that there are no extra spaces and that the dashes are included with the code. If the code isnt properly formatted it will not work.
This is an example of what a proper GameTime code should look like: 2SOR-M7OP-HUQS-UQRP .
The code didnt work! What now?
We will need the following information from you:
The exact error message, and Your account name (Not your password).
Then we will call EA support and give them your account name to make sure that the code did indeed fail when attempting to update your account.
EA support may choose to manually apply the code to your account or to provide a new code if yours was found to be defective.
If for some reason you are unwilling to provide your account name we are unable to help.
This is due to the possibility that people might false claim that the code they received is defective we must take this stance.
If you are not happy with this policy then we suggest that you purchase your GameTime codes directly from EA.
